Effective Return Period: 30 Days

At Flie Hoppers, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

  2. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is posted.

  3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

  • If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the total refund.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
