Refund and Returns Policy
Effective Return Period: 30 Days
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several categories of products are not eligible for return:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

Books with clear signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card provider – it may take a few days for the refund to officially post.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at ticket@fliehoppers.com and send your product to:
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please mail it to:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
If returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
