7. Supplier Rules and Visa Requirements

Hospitalization Coverage

If a traveler is hospitalized at the time of departure, we provide a 100% refund for unused tickets with valid proof.

Free Exchange

If hospitalized at return time, partially used tickets may be exchanged at no additional cost.

Policy Limitations

  • Ticket Protection becomes non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase.

  • Making changes to the ticket voids the coverage (though it can be repurchased at a discount).

11. Missed Departures

If your trip is missed due to airline delays or weather conditions, Flie Hoppers will assist in rebooking at no extra cost—subject to availability in the same fare class.

12. Baggage Mishandling

If an airline mishandles your baggage, our protection plan covers compensation up to $1,000 per undelivered bag if not recovered.

13. Ticket Delivery

All tickets issued are electronic and sent via the email provided during booking.

15. Waiver of Claims
