At Flie Hoppers, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
